Costal margin of elytra descending in steep arc from middle to tip, the latter fairly long, narrow and elongated; veins of costal area scarcely branched, ending in dark nodules; Sc bifurcate in middle, both branches with short terminal bifurcations as well; R strongly curved, terminating in tip; Rs originating sligthly proximal of middle; anal margin in distal half slightly sinuate, stridulating vein strongly thickened. Fore and mid femora each with 4-5 dark basal spinules. Male pronotum 7 mm, length of elytra 49 mm, width of costal area 15 mm, width of discoidal area 12 mm. Distribution: Ecuador.
