Cheesman 1927, Trans. Ent. Soc. London, p. 152

Content:  "Taken on Napuka, Tuamotus, Feb. 1925 (St. George Exped.). Taken on the coast belt and coast hills of Tahiti, Raiatea and Bora Bora, March-August 1925 (L.E.C.). Flies actively, numerous among foliage, and has a habit of concealing itself in the buds of Paritium tiliaceum, with only the long antennae visible. One specimen was feeding upon young aphids."
