Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

The epithet is in apposition, tucuramiri comes from the Brazilian Tupi indigenous language, tucura (katydid) + miri (little) and means “little katydid”, in reference to the small size of this katydid in relation to the other species of Tropicophyllum.
