Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

Dedicated to Josef Tumbrinck in recognition of his contributions to the knowledge about tetrigids and for his selfless help in several ot the authors' contributions. The ending -tettix is common among genera of pygmy grasshoppers (from Greek τέττιξ m).
