Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

Named for Dr. Geoff Monteith who, while curator of entomology at the Queensland Museum, led between 1980 and 2008 numerous collecting expeditions to mountain rainforests of North Queensland, New Caledonia and Fiji.
