Scrutiny
- If savignyi would be inlcuded in this group, then the name Pseudosphingonotus Shumakov 1963, of which it is the type species, and which is currently a synonym under subgenus Sphingonotus, would probably replace the younger name Neosphingonotus Benediktov 1998.
