Gender, form, and etymology
Etymology:
Avanos is a district of Nevşehir Province. When it is looked from Avanos to the South it can be seen the interesting and typical geographical shape of Uçhisar that is almost the same shape of the inner arm of the male cercus of this new species. Uçhisar is the highest point of the central part of Cappadocia. The species is also found in this region.
