Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

Greek, τρῐ-, tri-, three; Greek, δάκτυλος, dactylos, finger. No explanation is given in the original description. The epithet clearly references the three appendages of the male cercus: the dorsal rod, lateral finger, and apex of the main shaft.
