Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

Named after Kai Squires who originally discovered this genus and species and uploaded the photos to iNaturalist where they were recognized as new to science. Kai took many photographs, collected the holotype, and responded promptly to the authors' requests. The specific epithet is a masculine noun in apposition.
