Gender, form, and etymology

Etymology:

Dedicated to the Achille Griffini (1870–1932), distinguished Italian entomologist, who studied many African collections of Orthoptera and described Polichne mukonja. The Greek suffix pteryx (wing) is a reminder of the genus Catoptropteryx.
