  • Spelled Acyrophyllum in Beier 1960 in key (p. 2), genus diagnosis (p. 8) and species account of Acyrophyllym exiguum (p. 9); spelled Acrophyllum with Fig. 4 of species and in systematic index (p. III). Acrophyllum without the y is preoccupied and Greek "akyros" (invalid) rather than "akros" (extreme) seems to go along with diagnosis: "kleine, gedrungene ... offenbar reduzierte Formen" (small ... obviously reduced forms).
